FAQs

YES! We love making appointments Monday-Friday for viewing inventory. We are happy to help you one on one making that wishlist & choosing your items for your event. We do ask that you call ahead & make an appointment so we have someone on hand to show you around & answer any questions you may have.

Our Showroom hours are:

Monday to Friday: By Appointment Only
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

To reserve your items for rental, you will first create a wishlist either online or in store. This will give you an initial quote & to see if items are available for your event dates. After we get the wishlist finalized we will then require a signed contract as well as 40% deposit for the order. You can sign & pay the deposit all online or in the showroom. Final payment will be due the day before pickup

Rental reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure the availability of your desired rental items. All of our rentals are on a first come – first serve basis.

A 40.00% deposit is required to confirm your contract & full payment will be due prior to day of pickup.

Additional fees will apply for credit card & e-check/ACH payments.

Send Payment To: 10390 County Rd 700 E, McLeansboro, IL 62859

Items can be added at anytime prior to your event, pending availability.  Once a deposit is placed, you may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:

  • 31 days prior: no cancellation fee
  • 30 days prior: 20% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
  • 14 days prior: 30% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
  • 7 days prior: 40% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)

Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest pickup/setup/arrival time.

Prices are quoted as a flat fee for a period of 3 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to return any items by the end of business (5:00pm) on the date specified on the contract will result in additional rental fees equal to the item’s price for each day late.

Chargers, glasses, flatware, plates etc. should all be cleaned. Any cake stands or trays must also come back clean. Failure to clean these items will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Please place dishware & glassware evenly into appropriate crates without overfilling a single crate.

Crates are provided for dishware, glassware, flatware, & small goods to ensure you receive your rental items undamaged, sanitized & ready to use. Responsibility of the equipment remains with the client from the time of pickup until the time of return. Please be certain equipment is secured when not in use & protected from the weather.

Charges will be assessed for missing, broken or damaged items, as well as linens which are lost, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning. Please be careful of candle wax as it can permanently damage most linen. Should wax get on the linens the renter will be responsible for replacement of the linen. We strongly encourage the use of flameless candles, especially on table tops. In addition, all furniture must be picked up in an enclosed trailer or vehicle in order to protect items from rain & other harmful weather & road conditions to avoid damage & replacement charges.

No. Due to various materials & laundering requirements, we take care of cleaning all linen items. Please bring them back in the totes provided with the lids open. This will help prevent mildew & mold. We do ask that they come back without any loose food or wax on them.

All rented items must be returned. In the event that rental items are missing, you will be contacted by a representative to arrange for their return. If items are lost or broken & cannot be returned, a replacement charge will be incurred. Replacement charges vary by item.

Please be sure to keep copies of all paperwork & emails pertaining to your rental to ensure that you have the details & information easily accessible until your rental is complete.

Prior to your event, designate a person or persons to help with set-up and take-down of your items, so that you don’t find yourself scrambling for help at the last minute.

Take note of how items are packaged/wrapped & delivered so that you can do the same to prepare them for pickup/return. Taking photos of each crate is helpful.
